Service Engagements
Use of the Site does not create a service relationship between you and UmpirePro. Any engagement to provide Tournament Scheduling, Ballpark Management, Umpire Assigning, Messaging, Payroll & Reporting, or Bookkeeping services is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code, is owned by UmpirePro, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission, except for reasonable personal or business reference.
